Shipping policy
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. The cut-off time for expedited orders is 1 PM EST, meaning any orders placed after that time will ship the next business day. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, please check your junk/spam folder if it doesn’t appear in your inbox.

U.S. SHIPPING RATES
All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and typically arrive within 3–6 business days after processing. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates are calculated by USPS for all orders under $119.
Orders $119 and above qualify for Free Shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders, the billing and shipping address must match. Shipping is provided via UPS or Global Express Mail (USPS).

Delays caused by customs are beyond our control.

Once an order is placed, modifications cannot be made.
We can also ship to countries not listed on our website. To place such an order, please email, fax, or call us directly.
For security purposes, we recommend not emailing credit card information.
International shipping fees range from $20–$200 USD, depending on destination, service, and package weight.
If you exchange an item, you’ll be responsible for return shipping charges.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND OTHER FEES
Shipping charges do not include taxes or customs duties. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
EcoWear is required by U.S. law to:

We cannot declare lower values or mark shipments as “gifts.”
Abandoned packages due to unpaid duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
